Wolflord Leather & Old Wolf Canes and Staffs
About Wolflord Leather:
Greetings and hello, around the community, many know me as the Viking. I am begining specialization in dress accessories, armguards, collars, other simpler and sometimes more detialed projects. I strive to make things you won't find at hottopic or any other conventional place I work with a wide variety of hides- buckskin, leather, suede and furs. As well as many options for customization for studs, stamps, sewing and colors. Price estimates are given upon request, larger/more exotic projects (over $40) require a deposit and communication will be consistent as to progress and details of creation. Things of the armguard and collar sort are fairly simple and I can make easily, things like shoulderpads and harnesses require more detailed measurement, so for those outside of meeting distance, I cannot promise great quality on such things. For canes and staffs, I will soon be posting pictures of more or less "plain" staffs that can be cut down for cane, optioned to have designs burned or dyed in and the embedding or stones (best if you provide stone and other materials to go on it) Also, to find out more about my work just click the link below.

Oregonian saves money to fund first ever Great Falls lacrosse team

This September, a sport thought to be mainly based in the East Coast swept the high school students of Great Falls. That sport is lacrosse, rarely heard of in Montana. The group’s founder is Jared Linebaugh, a senior at Great Falls High who really just wanted to play a sport that he loves.
"When I found out that there wasn’t any organized lacrosse in Great Falls, I was surprised," said Linebaugh. As a response to the lack of lacrosse, Linebaugh got a job and started working, " I had saved up quite a bit and then I spent all of it on Lacrosse sticks and other gear." Linebaugh spent well over a thousand dollars on all of the equipment. After purchasing equipment.
Linebaugh put together a team a of anyone that had a desire to play. " I love lacrosse," said Linebuagh. "I’ve never been good at my other sports and I just wanted to get people involved in the sport that I love."
The team consists of students from both Great Falls High and CMR. "We don’t have enough people for two teams, but we may have enough soon," said, Linebaugh.
"It would be cool to have some kind of a cross-town game.

The town is not school related, which means that it is not school supported. This means that any kind team or teams Great Falls have to support themselves for the time being. " I’ve been hoping to get some kind of sponsors," said, Linebaugh.
In addition to the sponsorship ideas, the team plans to have different kinds fundraisers. So, far, the team holds one practice a week on Sundays from 2:30 – 5:00 and it is open to anyone else that wants to join. " We want more people to show up, so that the team can complete," said, Linebaugh. Due to a lack of lacrosse teams in Montana, the local team is going to have to scrounge around for some games.
"We’ve been looking into playing youth teams like ours from both Bozenman and Missoula," said, Linebaugh. "If things go well, we might try to scrimmage some college club teams as well. Lacrosse is pretty big thing in Canada, so we’re going to try and find a Canadian team to play. Although the team has not built up to full size standards, it is doing fairly well for a sport that was foreign to Great Falls three months ago.
"It’s a diverse team," said senior Genna Boland. "kids from both Great Falls High and CMR play together. It’s breaking bartiers. Linebaugh has taken on many responsibilities towards the team, such as acting as coach and assisting players when they need help. However, Linebaugh is been not playing the position of coach. His uncle, Mike Adams, acts as head coach and has a few assistant coaches as well.
"Each coach has his own particular strength," said, Boland. One of the other barriers that is preventing the lacrosse team from flourishing is the lack of woman in the sport. If the team does end up competing, the woman on the team may face an issue. "Women’s lacrosse has entirely different rules than men’s," said, Boland. "Since there’s only two girls on the team, we may not be able to participate in any games we arrange."
Although the team has a few kinks to work out, it is truly amazing the Linebaugh accomplished this feat. A senior in high school spent his hard-earned money on something he loved, and shared it with his community.
