Wolflord Leather & Old Wolf Canes and Staffs
About Wolflord Leather:
Greetings and hello, around the community, many know me as the Viking. I am begining specialization in dress accessories, armguards, collars, other simpler and sometimes more detialed projects. I strive to make things you won't find at hottopic or any other conventional place I work with a wide variety of hides- buckskin, leather, suede and furs. As well as many options for customization for studs, stamps, sewing and colors. Price estimates are given upon request, larger/more exotic projects (over $40) require a deposit and communication will be consistent as to progress and details of creation. Things of the armguard and collar sort are fairly simple and I can make easily, things like shoulderpads and harnesses require more detailed measurement, so for those outside of meeting distance, I cannot promise great quality on such things. For canes and staffs, I will soon be posting pictures of more or less "plain" staffs that can be cut down for cane, optioned to have designs burned or dyed in and the embedding or stones (best if you provide stone and other materials to go on it) Also, to find out more about my work just click the link below.

Keizer Volcanoes

Press Release
June 8, 2007

Host Families Opportunities for Salem-Keizer Volcanoes Players
The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, a Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, will arrive soon in Salem-Keizer. The franchise has a history of offering host family opportunities to local families. The Volcanoes will keep this tradition intact by living with families in the Salem-Keizer area this summer. This is an excellent opportunity to ‘live the life of a professional athlete’ through an ‘adopted player’ for a few months. Team members will begin arriving on June 16th and will need housing for the period from June 24th to approximately September 5th, depending on post-season play. Interested families should have a spare bedroom, live close to the Keizer area or on public transportation routes or have alternative transportation methods available for the players. Team members averaged age is 20 - 22 years old. The players do supply compensation to the families to help offset their room and board expenses. Families who would like more information on this exciting program should contact, Kari Naughton at (503) 393-2311 or cell 503-930-1466 or Jerry Howard at 390-2225 ext 3002.
