Wolflord Leather & Old Wolf Canes and Staffs
About Wolflord Leather:
Greetings and hello, around the community, many know me as the Viking. I am begining specialization in dress accessories, armguards, collars, other simpler and sometimes more detialed projects. I strive to make things you won't find at hottopic or any other conventional place I work with a wide variety of hides- buckskin, leather, suede and furs. As well as many options for customization for studs, stamps, sewing and colors. Price estimates are given upon request, larger/more exotic projects (over $40) require a deposit and communication will be consistent as to progress and details of creation. Things of the armguard and collar sort are fairly simple and I can make easily, things like shoulderpads and harnesses require more detailed measurement, so for those outside of meeting distance, I cannot promise great quality on such things. For canes and staffs, I will soon be posting pictures of more or less "plain" staffs that can be cut down for cane, optioned to have designs burned or dyed in and the embedding or stones (best if you provide stone and other materials to go on it) Also, to find out more about my work just click the link below.

Oregonians Against Discrimination Business Leader Awards

Greetings,
This year, Oregon became an even better place to live, work, and raise a family when our comprehensive, statewide anti-discrimination and domestic partnership laws went into effect. Our efforts to secure these protections depended upon critical support from Oregon's business community. That's why I hope you will join Basic Rights Oregon in honoring the commitment and leadership of Oregon businesses at our annual Business Leaders Luncheon on April 23.

As we move forward with the implementation of Oregon's equality laws, it's important to look back on where we've come from and how we got here. This year we are honoring individuals and business organizations that played a critical role in the passage of our 2007 pro-equality legislation. I'm thrilled to announce the recipients of our 15th Annual Oregonians Against Discrimination Business Leader Awards:
Bill Dickey, Witham & Dickey, The Oregon Business Association, The Portland Business AllianceThe Governor's Task Force on Equality.
In February 2006, Governor Kulongoski issued an Executive Order establishing the Governor's Task Force on Equality. The Task Force, which was composed of business and community leaders from across Oregon, conducted interviews across the state and gathered crucial testimony demonstrating the need for relationship recognition for committed couples and comprehensive legislation to protect all Oregonians from discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodation.
The Oregon Business Association and the Portland Business Alliance provided critical early endorsements of our bills during the 2007 legislative session. Their testimony ensured that lawmakers understood the bottom line: a diverse and inclusive workplace is good for business and good for Oregon.
Bill Dickey, of Witham & Dickey, has long been among Basic Rights Oregon's closest friends. For years, we have relied on Witham & Dickey's in-kind printing donations of stickers, flyers, signs, placards, mailers, handouts, and just about everything else necessary to circulate information and demonstrate support for equality. Bill, David, and their amazing staff are always the first to say "yes," and never say "no."
Won't you join us on April 23rd to honor these outstanding leaders? This year's luncheon includes a special opportunity: an education seminar for employers who want to learn more about how Oregon's new laws affect businesses, organizations, and employers. This optional seminar, which immediately precedes the luncheon, will be presented by attorneys Ed Reeves and Jennifer Middleton. Register for both the seminar and the luncheon at a special discounted rate!
Thank you to everyone who continues to work to make Oregon a fair place,
Jeana FrazziniExecutive DirectorBasic Rights Oregon/Basic Rights Education Fund
P.S.
